Data Deletion

This page explains how to ask PeakGlowUp Pty Ltd (ABN 75 700 663 494) to delete the personal information we hold about you. It applies to customers, partner businesses, and anyone whose data reached us through a connected Facebook Page or Instagram account.
How to request deletion
Email privacy@peakglowup.com from the address on your account, with the subject Delete my data. Please include your name and, if it applies, the business or Facebook Page the request relates to, so we can find the right records. We may ask one question to confirm it is really you before we act.
What we delete
- Your account and the contact details we hold: name, email, phone.
- Booking history, messages, and notes tied to you.
- Any data we obtained through Facebook or Instagram when a page was connected to us, such as access tokens and the message content synced into your inbox.
If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account
You can also stop PeakGlowUp’s access at any time from Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, then remove PeakGlowUp. Removing the connection stops any new data reaching us. To also delete the data we already stored, email us using the steps above and we will remove it.
How long it takes
We complete deletion within 30 days of confirming your request and email you when it is done.
What we may keep
We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it, for example invoices and transaction records for tax and accounting. We keep these only as long as required and only for that purpose.
